Terms of Service
These terms describe the BriskReach service and your rights as a user.
Service Overview
BriskReach provides a LinkedIn outreach and CRM platform. Users connect LinkedIn accounts, import leads, create campaigns, and manage replies. BriskReach does not guarantee specific connection rates, reply rates, or business outcomes. Campaign performance depends on profile quality, message content, targeting, and LinkedIn platform policies.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share account access with unauthorized users. Workspace owners may grant and revoke team member access at their discretion.
LinkedIn Acceptable Use
You agree to use BriskReach in compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. BriskReach provides safety features: warmup curves, daily send limits, working hours, timezone controls, and reply-pause automation. To help you operate within safe limits. You are responsible for configuring these settings appropriately and for any consequences of exceeding them.
BriskReach is not responsible for LinkedIn account restrictions, warnings, or suspensions resulting from your outreach activity, campaign configuration, or message content.
Pricing and Billing
Pricing is published at briskreach.com/pricing. All prices are in USD. Billing is handled through FastSpring. Subscription charges recur on the billing cycle selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Price changes will be communicated in advance and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Rep subscriptions are billed monthly at $129 per Rep. Rep delivery begins within 14 days of payment.
Rep Delivery and SLA
BriskReach Reps are contracted human LinkedIn profiles with identity setup included. The delivery SLA is 14 days from payment. If a Rep is not live within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund for that Rep's current billing period.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Rep refunds: if a Rep is not live within the 14-day SLA window, you are entitled to a full refund for that Rep's current billing period. No refunds are issued for Reps that go live within the SLA window, regardless of subsequent account restrictions or performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BriskReach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including lost revenue, lost data, LinkedIn account restrictions, or business interruption.
