How auth works
BriskReach connects to LinkedIn through a hosted OAuth flow. You authorize once, and the provider manages session refresh, cookie rotation, and rate-limit backoff. No browser extension or password sharing required. Webhook events push reply and connection status updates back to BriskReach in real time.
Stripe billing security
Stripe handles checkout, subscription lifecycle, and invoicing. Signed webhooks verify every event (subscription activated, canceled, or renewed) so BriskReach updates seat access automatically. PCI compliance and tax calculation are handled by Stripe, not us.
Reply notification pipeline
When a lead replies via LinkedIn, a webhook fires. BriskReach marks the lead as replied, pauses the campaign for that prospect, and triggers a Resend email and optional Slack channel alert. You never miss a response, even if you are not in the dashboard.
Upstash campaign queue
Campaign actions are queued in Upstash Redis with per-account rate limiting. The worker processes connection requests and messages according to each account's daily cap, working hours, and warmup curve. Failed actions are retried with exponential backoff.
CRM sync timeline
HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations are next on the roadmap. The plan is two-way sync: leads created in BriskReach appear as contacts in your CRM, and reply status updates flow back. Zapier webhooks will follow, letting you trigger automations from campaign events. No additional cost beyond your seat price.
