Privacy Policy

This policy describes how BriskReach handles your data.

Data We Collect

BriskReach collects information necessary to provide LinkedIn outreach and CRM services. This includes workspace names, user email addresses, LinkedIn account identifiers (obtained through hosted OAuth), lead contact data imported by users, campaign configuration, message templates, and message history.

Billing information is handled by Stripe. BriskReach does not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Stripe provides subscription status, plan type, and transaction references to BriskReach through signed webhooks.

Extension

The BriskReach Chrome extension reads LinkedIn page content from the active tab, including the page DOM needed to identify lead names, profile URLs, roles, companies, and profile context. For account connection, it also checks the presence of the LinkedIn li_atcookie in the signed-in Chrome profile so BriskReach can connect the LinkedIn session you choose.

The extension stores only the BriskReach workspace token, workspace identifier, extension preferences, and leads captured from LinkedIn inchrome.storage.local or the local browser database for the extension. This local storage stays inside your Chrome profile unless you choose to clear it or save leads to BriskReach.

When you save leads from the extension, lead data is transmitted only to your BriskReach workspace. BriskReach does not sell or share extension data with third parties.

How We Use Data

Workspace, account, lead, campaign, and message data is used exclusively to operate the BriskReach service: to send outreach messages, track replies, display analytics, and manage team access. We do not sell user data, lead data, or message content to third parties.

Email addresses are used for account notifications, reply alerts (via Resend and Slack when connected), and billing communications. We do not send marketing emails without opt-in consent.

Service Providers

BriskReach relies on the following service providers to operate the product:

• LinkedIn auth provider: Hosted LinkedIn account connection, message delivery, and webhook events. LinkedIn credentials are handled through OAuth and are not accessible to BriskReach.
• Stripe: Hosted checkout, subscription management, and billing webhooks.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery for account notifications and reply alerts.
• Slack: Optional channel delivery for inbound reply alerts when a workspace admin connects Slack.
• Upstash: Redis-backed queue and rate-limit infrastructure for campaign execution.
• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage.

Data Retention

Workspace data is retained for the life of the account. Users may request deletion of their workspace and associated data at any time. Inactive accounts may be deleted after a retention period defined in the final terms.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Subject to applicable law, you may also object to processing or request data portability.
